The 99 Cameras Museum is a private initiative that relies entirely on its supporters.

Indeed, you can own “shares” of the 99 Cameras Museum by simply purchasing any of our Digital Collectibles (or NFTs) ! 100% of your contribution will go to enhancing and preserving the cameras in the collection.
Why use NFTs instead of just a donation ? We have chosen to use Non-Fungible Tokens to manage patronage because they are a simple, fun and modern way to make your contribution secure and tangible. NFTs are unique, timeless, impossible to counterfeit and individually represent a bit of our project (as described in the terms). You can purchase them indifferently with a credit card or a crypto-wallet (Ether).
Note : We know NFTs have a bad press right now, but we believe that we should not let bad actors discourage us from using a great technology. We have built our own platform to make sure you can safely purchase and enjoy our digital collectibles should you decide to support the 99 Cameras Museum.

What to do with your NFT ?
The main interest of your Collectible (or NFT) is to be a proof of ownership for your shares of the project and of the various advantages you are eligible to. It also holds some exclusive content and a certificate of authenticity with a QR code that you can flash to access real world advantages (typically entries to events or rebates in partner shops)
Where do I find my Collectible ?
When you purchase one of our Collectibles, regardless if you have crypto-wallet or not, you automatically have a secure account on our marketplace where you will find all your purchases.
How do I see/transfer my Collectible on the blockchain ?
If you have purchased your Collectible with a crypto-wallet, then it is already visible on the blockchain and you can easily find it on any platform like Opensea.
If you have purchased your Collectible with a credit card, it is not yet on the blockchain but if you wish, you can turn it into an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain at any moment. Simply attach your usual crypto-wallet with the “Link wallet” button and click on the “Mint” button of your Collectible.
Note that you are in no obligation to transfer your Collectible on the blockchain to enjoy the associated advantages. You can access everything through the free 99 Cameras App.
How do I use my Collectible ?
To access the exclusive content or use your Collectible to access real-life advantages, you need to transfer it to your smartphone. Just install the free 99 Cameras App and click on the “transfer to device” button on the Collectible and follow the instructions. Once the transfer is complete, your smartphone holds the only visible copy of your collectible in the world.
Just click on “Authenticity Certificate” to display the proof of ownership with the QR code.
What NFT technology do we use ?
At the 99 Cameras Club, we were looking for a NFT technology that would enable everyone to purchase and enjoy our collectible, whether they are familiar with NFTs or not. For that reason we have chosen to work with OWNLEE, a revolutionary NFT framework designed to power collectibles that “blur the lines” between digital and physical.
